An enhanced, secure tracking solution that can accurately determine where personnel are located during an emergency or disaster event. Inspection of pipes in industrial sites is a manual process that requires on-site measurement and access to hard to reach places. In addition, specialist hardware is required to operate in extreme environments and comply with hazardous environment certification. Inaccuracy results due to measurements at different locations. The manpower costs for such work also contributes to long gaps between readings and issues not being identified in a timely manner.

A wireless monitoring solution is built on the Biqmind Acceleration Framework enables quick decision making and pre-empts maintenance work.

Utilizing Ultrasonic Transducers (with a WirelessHART mesh network backhaul) allow for remote monitoring of the corrosion rate in pipes. Data is available on-site or sent to a cloud-based platform for analysis, defect detection and decision-making.
